## API Description

Returns the API server's clock. Use it to calibrate `timestamp` on SIGNED requests.

`serverTime` is the API service's clock, which is what the `recvWindow` check uses. It is not the
trade server's clock; MT5 trade timestamps may differ by a small offset.
